I plan on getting over and making a weekend out of it. Set up a thread for anyone interested in getting into a cheapish hostel room with 9 other test members for the weekend.

Holy sh1t i just discovered that i can fly to machester in an hour for 75e

For example looking at a couple of different hostels near the city centre, we could free book a 10 bedroom hostel room for 122 euro per person for 2 nights (that's £89.05 & $132.51), from the friday 9th to checkout on Sunday 11th

So no payments would need to be made until the day we arrive.

Id be all in for that. A friend (whom i personally hooked on SC) is pumped to do it too.

I'll be heading up from the south coast, not sure if I'll be planeing, training or driving yet. I'll be bringing my camcorder to record event/general shenanigans!

There's a high chance I'll be going, as it's only a 45 minute drive for me. And by October I'll be legally able to drink myself silly in true Test fashion!

I would love to go, but it's in the middle of the Semester, plus I'm fairly certain my taking any time off from work would be detrimental to my employment. (Read that as: my boss is getting on my ass for not wrapping up 3-4 year old projects that I've only been working on for a couple months... but somehow it's my responsibility to catch EVERYTHING wrong with them... even though I had no hand in designing anything...)

My Navy training is 90% certain to start in september :( The 10% is November though so if its that I'll definately be there.
