As Lemming wrote, yes you should be able to buy it next IAE in November.
If for any reason it is removed from the store (but I don't see why), the 890 is widely available on the grey market.
Note that you might need to be Concierge (have spent already above 1000$ at CIG), to be able to see the ship in the shop and purchase it (like for Idris, Kraken, Javelin...).
