Looks like Patch X dropped, has anyone had a chance yet to look at what exactly they changed on my Caterpillar?

I was able to check for myself, the Caterpillar was dropped to one Large shield but that shield was increased by ~50%.
So in Patch V and W it was around 1700 now it is 1350.

Couldn't get into Patch X with Print yesterday afternoon without going through a lot of delay and the bed bug. Finally got in solo on a working server later in the evening and then couldn't sell any of my stuff that I mined. But stuff was working. Sorta.

True, but as they continue to implement and rework different features hopefully they'll eventually add the Small components and give back the second shield.
The weakness of the armor and inability to equip Military components should be sufficient to offset in balancing when those are implemented.

From looking at the roadmap I have an hunch that 3.3.5 will hit Evo this Friday then PTU in one to two weeks after that.
