Was guessing they would be filled up pretty quickly due to amount of people in the organization, over 7,000. Then again I can see how it's possible.
Look, even if this seems like a weird way of doing things I don't want to seem like a bad person or whatever I simply want to sort these things out before I introduce myself officially to the community.
I know it seems odd and sketchy, but you don't all have to be this judgmental.

Not really being judgmental, just letting you know the impression you gave with your post.
It's generally more polite to establish a rapport with a person or group that you are asking help from before asking for said help. Plus, the way you asked in this case feels more like an "I want this, who can give it to me" instead of a "I want/need this because of these reasons. Is there anyone who can help?". It just felt abrupt and doesn't lend well to engendering the compassion of others into assisting you.
Just offering some advice for future requests you might make here and elsewhere in life ;)
How about you tell us more about yourself. What got you into Star Citizen? What are you looking forward to most? What brought you to TEST? Why do you want these specific ships?

No, but Kal did raise an important point.
You come into a well established community and make an outlandish, and to be honest, extremely strange request.
Are you aware that people can sell their ships for a 10-50% profit in the grey market?
Why did you think that anybody would want to give you a ship at below market prices?
Also keep in mind that you only need one ship to play this game, and that is the most basic package with an Aurora.
Your both right, and I apologize. I came in rudely, and worded it as if I was just asking for discounts. I want to make a impression in here, friends and groups I can join. I'll make a introduction post now, and when I said "cheaper ships", just to justify myself, I didn't mean like 20% off actual price. I just seen people sell them for like $10, $5 less sometimes.
Is it required to be a TEST member? No, I guess you could have been a TEST member at heart, like everyone else out there who doesn't know better. But generally to be a TEST member you need to apply to TEST and become a TEST member, lol. This is so funny.
