Anyone have an Andromeda to Pheonix upgrade around they want to move? Been searching grey market for a while but no dice.

No such thing unless you were a backer when there was only one Connie. Even then I think you would have had to choose by now. Only way to get a Phoenix is to buy one at the anniversary sale (which will not have LTI), buy one off the gray market (which might or might not have LTI), or buy a big $1,000+ package that includes the Phoenix so you get LTI on all the included ships.
Afaik you couldn't CCU to a Connie Phoenix but only buy it or leave it.
I got mine during the holiday sale last year with 48 months insurance.
Perhaps there are some Citizens who melted it again, so probably it will go on sale again in three weeks.
