If you had imperium status at the time that they gave out the big bennies machines you will have one for yourself and one you can gift. At this point it is going to be very hard for him to find one. Have you tried asking RSI support really really nicely if you can buy one?

Ah, i only had one and it did not give me the option of gifting. But yeah, good luck to him for trying to find one now.
