The both breed like rabbits.
At Easter rabbits sound like ducks (or chickens. Basically the same thing)
Rabbits have big floppy ear, and ducks have big floppy feet.
Both drink water.
Both are indigenous to earth
Both breath air.
I think we all can see the fallacy we've been spoon fed. Rabbits and ducks are the same.
