They didn't say, but they kinda compared it to the P72 quite a bit, so I would bet it has LTI.

At $35 I'm hopeful its LTI :) and If they compared to p72 that only makes it all the more reasonable to be LTI

As far as I know all concepts except the merlin were LTI
