Cooper's Mark Small Batch. It's from a distillery in Texas, so I can only get it when I travel there for work. But it's sooooooo smooooooooooth. My fallback is Bulleit Rye.

I've not been in Texas in a very long time, but I know Bulleit Rye pretty well lol. They're the first stop on the bourbon trail. Which I highly recommend bourbon lovers do if they ever find themselves in the bluegrass :)
