Agreed. Can't remember the last time I ate a piece of meat...well, my brain aka memory is not that good anymore, damn aging :D

Morning! Have a day off today; boy's ill. Good on the one hand - but the boss is angry and the work in the office will not be done by itself. But for sure the angry boss is the worst point. I hate that because I can't handle angry emotions that good. =/

Have a nice start into the week!

Good morning, its brown, takes about 3 seconds to get produced, sounds like: prrrrrrt and it suppose to have some caffeine in it. That's what they call coffee at my office o_O.
[EDIT] I just read my post.... [DISCLAIMER] This is not a shit post
Brown and goes "purrrrt"? Don't drink that unless you are a monster. I doubt it has much caffiene anyway.

Ibuprofen + strong coffee normally works for me...as it did today. :) Head is now filled with cotton balls, my stomach is in a little squeasy state, but no migraine (until further notice :D) ...

I normally fight headaches with 2 paracetamol and a beer....
Try not to do that very often or at all. Paracetamol is acetaminophen (same as Tylenol and contained in many over-the-counter pain relievers) which reacts badly with alcohol and will increase your chances of developing liver bleeding. Please do not take acetaminophen for hang-overs.
Aspirin works the same way and does not have as serious alcohol interaction.

Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, and many other names) will eat away at your stomach lining if taken on an empty stomach. If your stomach feels "squeasy" after taking ibuprofen, you are very likely developing ulcers from it. This can be countered by ALWAYS taking it with some food or even a glass of milk, and not allowing your stomach to digest the medicine alone.
Sodium Naproxen (Motrin, Aleve, or Naprosyn) is an alternative. Does not require food, but should be taken with a full glass of water.

Please forgive my ranting on about this. I was a medic when I was in the Army and had to give these warnings frequently. Pain relievers that do not require doctors' prescriptions often get used very regularly and their side effects are often forgotten or ignored.

It sounds like everyone is looking for a cup of cuteness in here....
For MzHartz, my prescription is to take two of these and call in the morning.

Luckily I don't have hang-overs like feeling whole day a headache ;) My father thought me the hard way: The one who can drink also can work the next day. Luckily in the regular drinking times (a looong time ago) I always went out on Saturday and had to work every Sunday from 10:00 AM till 8:00 - 9:00 PM.

I tried that once. Friday afternoon my toothache started, Saturday it was still bearable Sunday it killed me. Nightcare ment: ow, only pain, not broke off, well call the dentist tomorrow. Had the max dose of paracetamol when my wife called, they advised also the max dose ibuprofen, at night I also added a few bottle of not cold beer. I slept like a baby :D The tooth nerve died that night

I wish it was. Maybe a coffee will help numb the pain?

Oh...my...gosh. I made everything wrong during my days of youth. Took paracetamol every time when I came back from a party for avoiding headache the next day, ate tons of Ibuprofen (and even worse stuff like Tramadol) against migraine, trying to combine it with black coffee mixed with lemon. Well, good thing is, that my digestive system seems to be broken forever and my stomach contains a wall of cornus - I will forever stay slim :D

Is it Friday yet?
Is it?? Then its my last working day and I'm having two weeks of vacation, yay!! :)
