I've found that making sure my Freelancer shields are at 100% and ramming the other @#$% has been fairly effective.

oops, before I forget, I'm going to start also mentioning that folks should make sure to have 2-factor authorization on their RSI accounts, I keep hearing about people's accounts being hacked.
