escorting industrial ships like orion starfarer?

hey everyone
i wanna know if this organization has some sort of protection policy regarding industrial ships (orion,starfarer, reclaimer, and many other big ships?
meaning
most of those big industrial ships will be targeted by pirates, so i was wondering will some of org members escort those big ships and protect them against pirates until they finish gathering resources?of course a portion of those industerial ships revenue, from selling their merchandise, will go to the organization in some sort of a taxation system.
i created this thread because like many others i am thinking on buying orion and reclaimer but i have no friends in real life nor ingame who play this game with me, its a very risky to go on mining or gathering resources with those giant ships alone...

We currently have a industry group, the Rock Raiders, that will contract out escorts from our Combat group, the Yellow Jackets, to will protect them when mining and transporting materials. TEST has the resources you need to protect your goods.

You have a BUNCH of ingame friends now!

I also don't foresee escorting to be a big problem. You can even hire NPCs to do it if you can't find TEST people.

Its a security coordinator not a branch.

We will organize our own security for our fleets that go mining and coordinate with volunteers or the Yellow Jackets to get escort ships.

To answer your question you will only have to ask in chat and people will stand on their chairs and shout "oh captain my captain!" at the top of their lungs! ok maybe not but simply ask or join in on a fleet already out mining and you will have people willing to escort you or even join you in mining.

I'm just glad he finally put in his two weeks notice so we can get someone in here who does their job for a change!

With a community this big, there's always going to be something going on. There is also always going to be a large compliment of people that are actively looking for something to do. Put out the call for some help and I doubt you will need to wait long.

On the other side of the coin, I'm betting that Test will have a large target on their back when release finally happens. People will hunt us, chase us down, label us as "everything that is wrong with SC", try to kill us and take our stuff. Large orgs/clans/guilds are usually end up in this spot in MMO's. So I would wager there will be quite a few distress calls going out on Discord on a regular basis. I doubt there is going to be any shortage of action to either become involved in or initiate.
