I prefer any kind of cold dark beer, like Guinness but no lighter than new castle

(Sorry, I was only in a small store so there are hundreds of belgian beers still missing...)
But my favorite one is a mix : Peche mel' bush : one bush -the strongest belgian beer at 12°- and one pecheresse -a peach-flavored beer-

I do like most beers, bet an very picky on sours. As for Japanese beers: I do like Sapporo and their Reserve. Just wish I could get some Suntory Malts and their other beers stateside.

I've had Lowenbrau once here in japan on tap that was a quite nice beer very smooth.

I am a fan of Chai. the Chai Imperial stout takes all that is normally loved of a Russian Imperial Stout and turns it into a cup of chai from your favourite Indian restaurant where you know the owner and talk with them about the crazy new Bollywood movie.

Punishment takes my love of Spicy food, purees it into a fine brown ale with enough capsaisin that would make hardened Marine Corp Drill Instructors question the legality of burning or aerosolizing it instead of using the safe and true CS canisters.

I hope this clears up my two very different reasons.
