Omg, I just read this and had flashbacks to freshman year in high school. I remember Kazaa, Napster, Home Star Runner, and flash/Java games like that ink game where u draw pictures and ppl guess what it is. Now I feel old....

I had my first programming experience back in 1978, programmed Basic on ITT AppleII clone in 1979 and moved via Commodore64 and Pr1me towards the PC world. Even touched CPM briefly. First modems on 300 bps ... yep, been there, done that. Read about Tjernobyl's radiation via FidoNet before MSM knew what was going on. Had e-mail before Internet got succesful. Grandpa, no, computer veteran, yes.
