Those are actually boot SOCKS. You'd need another sturdy boot for the bootsocks with the boots with the foot socks with the feet to go in.
EDIT - so it goes feet, socks, boots, bootsocks, boot boots...

Those aren't the ones I was looking for. In Canada we have waterproof over boots that go, well, over your boots. Its a boot for a boot. With a solid boot tread...that goes under your other boots tread. Its all aboot the boots.

Yes, yes, yes, I've heard all about how Canadians hate "soakers." If you feel that way in the USA, you move to Arizona.

At the swimming pool we have to wear showercaps over our shoes in the changing rooms. I didn't know my shoes were that fussy, i now feel bad about the puddles on the way there.
