Hello citizens I am new to Org's and Test Squadron, But I am not new to Star Citizen.

My long story begins many years ago and leads up to where I eventually found Star Citizen and
now Test Squadron.

I am in my Early 30's and from the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

I have been a FPS gamer since the mid-late 90s Starting with games like Doom, Duke Nukem,
Quake and Goldeneye 007.

I am also a Sci-Fi fanatic (with Stargate my most favorite)
For the longest time I dreamed about a game that joined Stargate with FPS gameplay.

In 2005 Stargate SG-1: The Alliance was announced, I hyped it like crazy, But eventually it got cancelled.
Then in 2006 Stargate Worlds was announced, I fantasized about exploring different Worlds
and Ships by foot in an MMO game. Also it eventually it got cancelled.

Then I found X3: Reunion (and Terran Conflict, Albion Prelude)
I played them for a few hundred hours each, But still wanted more (An FPS part)

I got into creating Mods / Maps for Unreal Tournament, Half Life 2 and Crysis.
Around this time I started hearing rumors about a revolutionary new space game being created in Cryengine.

Then In 2012 Star Citizen Kickstarter went live, I watch it carefully and not hyped if it flopped like the past Stargate games.

When Kickstarter closed with more money than everyone expected,
I decided to join on the old website (Not a backer yet) got Citizen #80915

In July 2013 just after Veteran Backer status ended I bought a Bounty Hunter package.
A few years later, I am now a double time Concierge with 23 ships (and counting)

Now with Alpha 3.0 in Evocati and ever increasing pesky Org messages and invites.
I decided to started looking for an Org. most didn't fit me or where too serious.

Then I found Test Squadron - Best Squardon
I thought "Yep, That's My Home"

Fuck yeah, love another Stargate fan
Im pretty sad the way that ended. I felt like the series was really catching a second wind towards the final season.

That episode in Vegas really put a lot back into it.

I know it had to end eventually, so at least it was on high note.

Now Star Gate Universe... so much potential.. why did they have to make it so boring right until the final two episodes?

I am sad that it ended as well, but extremely happy with how they did it.
