Does anyone know how to exit siting on a bench in 3.0 PTU?

Hell, just about any seat for that matter?

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to stand up and "exit" a bench or chair at places such as Levski or what have you. Ugh...game!

I flew 5 hours only to find that the Cutlass door won't open, so I sat on the bed and I've been there since yesterday evening.
