I don't have the Pirate Cat CCU, but I do have a Pirate Cat with YellowJacket and Black DF's.

Incidentally I checked my hangar and almost had a heart attack, when I bought my cat I also bought the dread pirate skin for my aurora, so seeing these two together in a single payment I almost, for a split second, thought I had a pirate cat.

I don't think the pirate skin for the Cat will be available again. I recall they said it was a one time thing. Wasn't it a CCU you bought for like $15 if you completed the pirate swarm in AC?
As far as I know, the only way to get a pirate swarm version that was not a CCU was to have one added to an account by CIG, and those are account bound and non-giftable.
