I learned a new technical term for my beloved American beer - Pissen Wasser. I was told this by a German friend and that it means, like, American pilsner, which I understand to be a pale lager type of beer. He said it wasn't exclusive to the USA, though, and most countries, other than Germany, also produce, sell and consume Pissen Wasser. To be honest, though, I prefer 10yo Isle of Jura whisky.

If I left a urine sample in the fridge and accidently drank it instead of a Canadian beer, I would think it was the finest US lager.
My votes are for the mass market beers. Some of the craft beers are quite good, unfortunately, some are quite horrible as well.
