Montoya originally approached the orginisers of TEST on EVE and asked if they planned to come over to SC. They were all like "Naa" and Montoya said "So do you mind if I run an ORG called TEST Squardon?" and they were like "No problems little buddy."

So that was that. I'm sure there is an @Montoya video of it somewhere but can't find it, but watch this one instead from some guy called Bored Gamer who managed to accost the Glorious Leader and got some Facqs (not the answer to this question, "thats another story" as stated in the video):

Well we did try to form one but then we realized were were all to addicted to be helped and so gave up.

Wait a minute! So I take a two week tour of Europe with the family and come back to this! Glorious Leader claims that that I have excellent hygiene and am extremely attractive? WTF? The pressure to attain and maintain that level is more than I can bare. That's it! I'm off to drink heavily!
