How do you get missions and contracts?

Hey guys! How your day is going?

I was wondering, how you get contracts and missions to do in the game? I started yesterday and really can't find any mission to do, only the on called P.I. (etc), where you need to go to destroyed base and find some information. Nothing else.

So, how u find quests?

As far as I have heared that my be a glitch right now.

It was definitely glitches the first couple of days, this morning it looked like a couple of missions were up, but nothing like it should be.

@PrimeCronus be patient, I think a fix might be coming.
