It will come out for PC...they just want you to think it won't, so you buy the console version, and then they'll score as many double-dips as possible (console & PC).

One of the reasons why the first RDR was not released to PC was because the code apparently was so messed up and buggy, nobody could fix it. Rockstar San Diego was responsible for this...they were taken off RDR and RDR2 was given to one of their better studios.
