As lead Aurora theorycrafter, I would have to say that Aurora spikes are efficient and cost effecrive armor. They can only improve things which is why this idea will get immediate approval.

Our Glorious Leader has no need to compensate for any ... shortcomings. This explains the modest size of the secret base.
