I saw this ad in Instagram last night and holy crap is the ship design great! I mean this is best example of original ship design I have ever seen in a game. I don't know how I haven't heard of this before now.

I have reported this add so many times, it pisses me off.
I have sent it to CIG as well. I want them to sue for every penny.

This is something that happens a lot with mobile games it seems. The most CIG could probably do is send a cease and desist letter to them at this point because it would be difficult to prove intellectual damage on something like this. Hell, I think the chart in the last picture is the tech tree from Dreadnought with the color shifted and the images swapped, but the names are the same.
They called the 300i a "Nox" thats reason enough right there.

Well yeah, CIG can take all proceeds gathered by the game company and they can get punitive awards as well. My guess is it's a company from outside the Us that doesn't respect US property rights, but if Instagram, Apple and Android are promoting it, they are liable too, and those pockets go deep. CIG can make some money here.
