Its pretty simple to understand. EA probably told them to hardcap the game at lvl 30. They will then release a DLC that unlocks it to lvl 60 with a little more loot hidden behind a paywall. Again you will be happy initially until you reach close to 60 and everything is the same experience as lvl 30.

Ill wait for it to be available on Steam for $10 and $2.99 for additional DLC

To be honest I am enjoying division 2 and I am not much of a shooter. I cannot see the point of getting excited about 3.5 since adding more dust bowls to explore is not adding things to do for me. Star Citizen reddit is noticeably very quiet.

I enjoy The Division 2 as well, I'm almost lvl 30, but I'm having a hard time understanding all the systems that come into play when you chose your gear and mods and such. I'll have to look into it a bit.
