It's Wing Wednesday. TEST loves spaceships and therefore wings. What is TEST's (your) favorite flavor of wings? Ranch, Bleu Cheese, celery, beer, and/or soda? Bone in/boneless? Wings or drumsticks?

I'm a basic bitch: boneless medium buffalo wings with ranch and a Witbier/Coke.

Depends on my mood, but I usually go for ghost pepper or something kinda hot, sometimes a sweet & hot hits the spot. My go to if I want a full meal though will always be a honey bbq with a bit of a kick added to it.

So for me, coming from both Canada and the northern US... I love Buffalo Wings, blue cheese for me please. Bone in.
But nobody knows BBQ like the Southern US, where there are regional recipes,and takes on regional and family variants, and people who do nothing all summer but perfect THAT sauce. Amazing is the result.

I've become partial to Honey BBQ with Garlic parmesan. It's one of my absolute favorites. The other has Sweet Baby Rays in it, but I have no idea what else. Being from "up north", they don't trust me with that kind of secret.

my favourite wings are from the anchor bar in buffalo.
i get two flavours: hot and BBQ, and blue cheese dip.
when i get wings from other places i always get medium the first time, to see if it's good and how spicy it is, and then adjust from there

im not a huge fan of boneless, and i prefer unbreaded - but not enough to actually care lol
that said, honey garlic wings i will almost always turn down, unless im starving or they're reaaally good
imo they're worse than mild ones :p

Well. Try it on something other than chicken. Pork. Beef or.... as I discovered 8 years ago ... lamb.

I had wings yesterday but they were not good at all i prefer no breading on my wings as the breading really drys the wings out!
