All the drugs except for slam sell at grim, slam sells at hurst L5. There are 6 units per box.
Black=neon $85
white pills=ultra $50
red=neon $85
blue=slam $153
green=etam $101
jugs=widow $123

There are 4 locations with one bugged, the other three you can land/walk on the ground.

Thanks for the info @8rawler I'm going to have to try to figure out why many of the drugs weren't showing up on the commodities screen.
