Welcome to the forum. Id suggest the basic Aurora package if you are unsure about the game. Its cheap and cheerful but a very good starting point

Thanks for the advice. All ready picked up squadron 42 in starter pack.
You go to our discord, you scroll down the left until you see a bunch of people in the Star Citizen channels, you join that channel.
You say "hello, I am new, can somebody help me?"
Somebody helps you.
