There's an armor set at Area 18 that says "Yellow and Black", plain as day... except it's orange and black. I was thinking someone at CIG is colorblind, but @NaffNaffBobFace describes a more plausible scenario.

It's a trap. I'm not sure why they want to trap TESTies but I'm sure they do.

The desire to trap Testies goes back many generations and Test scholars reading the sacred text tell of a time when Testies were free to hang out without restrictions.
