Updated my fleet, with the same basic concept of having the smaller specialized ships to be able to try out any/all the professions and missions. This will also allow me to fly support for friends or org-mates.
The one large ship I do have (the Carrack, of course!) is not only my exploration platform, but will also be used when my buddies play with me.
Any thoughts?

I just realized the pisces might fit inside the corsair
I do not know about safely haha but yeah it very well could. I do not know how it compares in size to the URSA but the URSA fits snug in the back according to SCL, and they said they will probably make the rear a bit bigger to better fit the URSA and be able to walk along the sides of it while it is inside.

1 Andromeda (my first backer package)

1 Polaris
1 BMM
1 C2 Hercules
1 Redeemer ILW (will be melted)
1 Aurora LN ILW
1 Mustang Delta
2 Arrow ILW (1 will be melted)
1 Gladius ILW
2 Hawk ILW (1 will be melted)

12 * p-72 emerald
1 ursa fortuna
1 cyclone
1 nova ILW (will be melted)
2 g12
1 g12r
1 g12a

some more ships and vehicles in buybacks from Fleet Week, biggest being a Nautilus, will try them every quarter with the remaining credit i will have or when they are available.

my next ships in wishlist are the Reclaimer (i really want it, in fact i wanted it before the shoping spree i did in May, but no seller) and Hull (D or E), Orion.
After that i guess i'm done, unless i can get something bigger later this year like kraken, or a jav within the next 2 years, would really like a kraken, the jav would be the cherry on the cake :)
Nice list.
Which Kraken are you wanting, still debating applying the upgrade to my base kraken myself.

At first the base one +getting upgrade if possible and leave it in hangar (not sure it exists?) but when the game is complete and after testing kraken in beta, i would prefer to go for a privateer. Still can do the job of base kraken (just one hangar less and less cargo), and its basically a mobile outpost (well trade focused but sill).

I'm leaning more and more to applying it myself too.

Its a bit bet doing it right now :) By keeping upgrade in hangar at least you should be able to use it after buyback system is gone (well on the paper), since the upgrade is definitive. I'd wait to see if the privateer end to be more like a pure trading mobile outpost and less of a supporting carrier (less endurance because less cargo?) before moving to that choice. Also the dragonfly bay in general for both... well i suppose it could be more modular in the future, because mosquitoes' internal parking what for? 😅

I honestly can't decide what to do with my fleet. I feel like most of the ships I've gone from liking the function and form in the concept, to only liking the function in the actual game. I'm looking at you, Carrack and Warden. They turned my Normandy into a whale, and my shark into an Orca.

That being said, the only thing I'm giving the side eye to is perhaps picking up a Prospector, and maybe a warden to harbringer ccu. Despite there being an active mining organization and cheap rentals, I still haven't tried the mining gameplay. And one can never have too many torpedoes...

I feel like I changed my fleet so much that this game is actually an RTS not a MMORPG/Space sim lmao, I get torn between the big ships and ships I can manage by myself, also lately, because of the lack of large ships actually being worked on I just stay away from them, many are still years out and if I really wanted to I can pick one up at the end of the year in the big sale, I try to find ships that are coming out or are out or the smaller ones as I feel like they tend to get worked on faster.
