I can't access the page either but if he's not been licensed by CIG they've probably had the page deleted. I think JRD are the only people who have license to build and sell?
I might be wrong though they may have licenses with other parties I dunno.
While the OP post of this thread failed to work for me, the link that @NaffNaffBobFace gave showed me that they now have a scale model of the Freelancer Maxx available for purchase. It's very nice.
My wallet is fearful. While I can resist the siren call of the Freelancer MAX and Arrow if they ever made a Constellation, Carrak or Polaris i'd be doomed.
I hear you there my friend. The Maxx is being sold for 125 pounds, so probably about $175 - $200 after taxes & shipping to the US. At that price I'd rather sponsor the SC project further with another ship pledge. However, if they came out with the Carrack, Polaris, 890J, BMM, Jav or Bengal models, I might be saying goodbye to 1 of my kidneys since the temptation would be insane. lol

He said he has limited permission from Roberts, so its on him. CIG has distributed limited permissions on several occassions now.

Good news there, I've seen one or two backers with such passion for the project get an ass whuppin' because they got carried away.
He says he doesn't want to post here because he is a hobbyist and is selling them instantly on Facebook, but if you join the Star Citizen group on Facebook you can get access.
That is BTW, where I do most of my recruiting. I've invited more than 20 players to TEST so far and it sounds like they've all joined. You can't invite on the threads but if someone asks about a shjip acces etc., I send them a private note to come here.
