When I was a young boy, I once was taken on a tour of 1 of the WWII Battleships. I don't remember which, just that it seemed to go on forever.

Executor obviously as I'm an SW fan, on the thumbnail as well. As a second one, the kilrathi dreadnaught from WC3. That looked pretty damn big as well although I can't remember the size that was given.

I'd go with Halo, but I'm not sure if it counts... Also can't remember whether it was self-propelled or not. I think it'd at least be capable of turning on it's own.

Then there have also been one or two huge colony ships in Doctor Who, not sure of their exact size but one was large enough that, once it was stuck in an anomaly, time was flowing at vastly different rates at the fore and aft.

EDIT: Looked it up, it's Mondasian colony ship, 400 miles long and 100 miles wide. And it wasn't an anomaly, but a black hole.
