They did the same with the thundercloud paint for the Perseus.
That is not the best move from them, as it will fuel grey market...
I've had my GF (that's also a TEST member) Ataleena confirm it on her account 3x today as she's not a concierge member. Lucky for her, when I purchased my Scorpius, I also picked up a CCU upgrade from a Bucc into a Scorpius as well as an extra Stinger paint so that she can upgrade her LTI Bucc whenever she wants & give it the special "limited" paint for good measure. The paint states that it can be gifted.
In your video you can see the Chairman's Club logo in the bottom right corner of the items which have/are the paint. Stinger is exclusively conssierge, I suspect other paints are waiting for flyable. Will there be a Red 5 for Mr. Hamill?
