I have a Digital Colonel melted but it says not recoverable because it's such an old package. If you can't find anybody else, send me a DM and I will ask support if they can make an exception and unmelt it.

All physical package that have been melted (physical colonel, rear admiral and above) can not be bought back anymore (as per CIG rules on their FAQ).

I already have an Admiral pack and a pack for my Hornet which I will convert to the F7A when it is released. And as folks have mentioned those packs are from "a time before" and I like that. Not impossible ;) Unfortunately your best bet is grey market on sites of the likes of Star Hangar, but overprised for sure. I see you own a F7A military upgrade :) I am after one too, but I am not ready to pay 390$ for that.

I think it is a digital map of the glossy fold up star map available for physical pledges.
Not sure it is for hangar, but more like the digital manual and so on.
