Hi Guys im Dennis aka Grimmbasterd. From the Netherlands and Star citizen about 3 weeks, (bought the game a year ago but didnt played it long) back on track and enjoying the game.
looking for a cheap LTI ship so if ya have something let me know.
As @vahadar mentioned, best route to an LTI ship right now is to pick up the Spartan ($65 USD) while the Warbond version is still available, then CCU it to the ship you want to be LTI (has to cost more than the Spartan for CCU to work.)

Thanks Vahadar i thought that you couldnt upgrade warbond deals ?
You can CCU FROM Warbond, but only certain ships have had options to Warbond TOO them (to get the LTI - my Nomad was one of the ships that had this option on release...so there MIGHT be more surprise ships this year that receive that option over the next 1.5 weeks.)

@GrimmBasterd If you buy a Spartan warbond at 65$ with fresh cash, your target ship to which you will upgrade the spartan from must cost more that the Spartan @80$. Upgrade system takes into account the standard melt value in store credit purchase for a ship. You can not upgrade a warbond Spartan to an Arrow (credit value 75$) or Nomad (credit value 80$) for exemple.

So for exemple, you can buy a Spartan warbond @65$ with LTI, and upgrade it to an Avenger Warlock(85$) for 5$ (85-80=5$) or a Gladius (90$) for 10$ (90-80=10$).

So you save 15$ doing so if you want a Warlock or Gladius in this exemple.

You can cumulate more upgrade, especially warbond upgrades that will be released this IAE if your ship cost a lot, and save more in the process.
