Did you enter your 12 word recovery phrase?
Go through the steps on the site and re-add the token. If that does not work, Ill send you more.
I sent a small amount again, let me know if it shows up.
I had a similar issue with mine but just forgot/input the wrong password immediately and had to use the 12 word pass phrase...
I had to reinput the phrase multiple times, it accepted the code each time, but never completed the password reset... I finally added the whole MetaMask website to my excluded pop-up list before it finally allowed me to put in a new password after accepting the phrase once again so I'm guessing it was the pop-up blocker again.
Once you have a wallet and 12 word phrase, that is never gone. Its always on the blockchain and you can not lose it unless somebody got your phrase and drained your wallet.

This was it, though not for purposes of the password reset. Even though I'd manually added the network, it didn't 'take' for whatever reason until I disabled the popups and re-added it, good to go again!
