Lol, I do remember having so many spreadsheets for Eve trying to track all of the assets and making sure things stayed profitable. It was so easy to lose money by buying minerals and then selling items at a loss. Even when working within a commie null corp it was still far too easy to undervalue player time by having them mine when it would be better to combat farm and buy the minerals/materials off the market.
Now when I read up on the financial shenanigans that those in Eve get up to I am glad I got out years ago even though some of the stuff is fascinating and if you're good at t in Eve then it does have the potential of translating into the financial market place.
They like spreadsheets and won't let org members play with their toys without filling out a bunch of forms and passing a test.
They're efficient, principled, compitent and driven. The Anti-TEST. They're like... 'y know... Squares.
