If Geoffrey Chaucer from "A Knight's Tale" had been graced by the mere presence of our glorious leader, Montoya, he just might introduce Montoya to new org candidates in this fashion (with newb links for awareness of course):

My Imperator! My Senators.

And every civilian here NOT sitting on an Origin cushion:

Today, today, you find yourselves equals.

For you are all equally blessed.

For I have the pride, the privilege, nay, the pleasure

Of introducing to you an org leader, sired by org leaders,

A leader who can trace his citizenship back to the Prime Citizen.

I first met him atop Ulysses Peak near Sherman,

Praying to Taernin, the Great Traveler

Asking for safe passage through the jump point to Nyx,

For the Vanduul blood spilt by his Perseus gunship.

Next, he amazed me still further in Lorville

When he saved a fatherless beauty

From the would-be ravishings

Of her dreadful uncle, Gavin E. Hurston.

On Terra III, he spent a year in study

Just to decipher the Vasli Fragment Stone.

And so, without further gilding the lily,

And with no more ado,

I give to you the Navigator of Crossroads,

The Protector of Lorvillean Virginity,

The Pursuer of Ancient Atlanteans Knowledge,

The One --

The Only --

Our TEST Squadron glorious leader, Montoya!!!

While this might have been true, the chances of him returning to his HAB to find Heath Ledger talking to himself (incoherently) while rummaging through his storage looking for something to attach a stolen S7 laser cannon from an ION to his Drake Cutter (even though it wouldn't function more than looking like a crazy lance). Then be asked by this clearly disturbed Heath "Why so serious?"

If you're going to attach Star Citizen to A Knight's Tale, then you might as well chase the crazy rabbit further into the Dark Knight's domain via that movie's main character's actor. I suspect that Heath's version of The Joker would fit right in with the nefarious population of the Pyro system.

First things first:
Hail our glorious first Navigator, magnanimous Leader and overall great guy, Montoya!
Second:
Merry christmas guys and gals!
Third:
Next time a mudslinging festival starts in the forums this is what I'll say to whoever shot first:
"You have been weighed; you have been measured; and you have been found wanting "
It is such a beutiful sentence, really.
