Like this just sounds awesome to me. Having a ship stopped Few of our ships there me parked in front of them torpedoes aimed down on their cockpit. "Alright sir we are boarding. You see that nice gentleman there? Even look at us wrong and he will blow you into oblivion."

It's not like you're signing an iron-clad contract to only do piracy all the time forever. Drop in for a few raids, go join up with the miners, escort some friendly ships, bomb some Vanduul into dust. Worlds your oyster.

I'm certainly not planning on ALWAYS doing piracy, even if it's what I wanna do most of the time. But everyone needs a break from combat once in a while.

Right, what @AntiSqueaker said, I already threw my hat in here, D.S.E.T. and .... Hell, I can't even remember. There is too much to do in this game to solely do one thing. I got a good spread of ships (Gladius, Cutlass Red, Mustang something) so I can do some escort missions, some SaR missions, and, as long as I can refit the Cutlass, some cargo and exploration missions. The way I see it, if it looks like fun, and you got a ship that can do the job, then go for it. Even if your ship can only half way do the job.

I am doing exactly both of these. I've show interest in a whole bunch of other squadrons too but my main two are piracy and bombers. Thats the beauty of TEST, nothing is set in stone, you can do what you want.

So just reading up on threads, and gathering what I've read if rep will impact Test proper we will be a seperate entity. Which raises the question will we need to set up divisions like they have? Or we just saying screw it lol. Only ask because depending on what others think may be a good idea to at least plan on following suit if we do have to branch off because of rep. Would be easier to have people focused on certain things (that they enjoy) instead of everyone having to worry about it as an individual. Ie econ to distribute pay etc from scores/ smuggling/drugs. Just a thought, not worried really though. Completely up to the majority.

Speaking of piracy. Rock Raiders is a pirate group because we will take valuable resources from poor defenseless asteroids and raw materials from ships that are too damaged to reclaim. And don't forget us taking gas from clouds to be refined for fuel. Damn we're just pure evil here.

Pirates ? Sound like very important customer's. If you want to sell something what you can't sell on the free market or want something disapier and appear at some other place then contact me. I'm sure with the right payment we come to an profitable agreement. Where both parties get there fee.

Have 5 modules of NPC barracks, the EVA multi launch catapult front section. Call your ship the Wicked Witch and the marines the 'Flying Monkeys' :)

Continue to launch troops at desired 890 Jump until captured or point defense kill counter overloads.

Normally I hate the concept of piracy, but somebody's gotta cart you glorious bastards around & patch you up when the fuzz shows up, so you can count my Endeavor in. Besides, it's too early in SC development to say whether or not piracy will be as annoying as it is in other games, so I'll keep an open mind, and who knows, maybe I'll even go on "the magic raid" (you know the one I'm talking about) and find out that I enjoy doing what I want 'cause a pirate is free. As they say, don't knock it till you tried it.

It might be a Subset of TEST PALS but I think it should all be included with the piracy. I intend to do both...
