I said I was going to be jaelous and hate both of you, so I am, and I do.
To be quite frank, @UbEcLoWn smokes that meat soooooooo good. Incredibly delicious, and this was the SECOND rack of ribs he had (which remained in the current state you see in the picture, above)
I had 7 Ribs, my wife had 4 or 5, and I would have consumed more, except for the fact that they had dessert. Can't miss dessert.
Additionally, his BBQ sauce was insanely good. I put that shit on the baked potato and gobbled it up.
