To answer the question. There is a access button lit in green on both the front and the rear ramp. Mid-ship port side, I believe, is another for a lift.

Ships and armor/weapons do persist from patch to patch, or at least mine have. It just shows up as another ship you own on the Kiosk.

Depends on the Torpedo. They both have stock of Argos IXs. Though for 100 or so cred each, you can go with the Typhoon IXs, which hit for about 10k more damage, have just over double the speed of the Argos and a longer lock on range.

Eclipse is same as the Tali, S9's. Just it brings only 3 to the fight while the Tali has 6. I made the most off the run where I was in a Tali.
