Thanks for the accessible link but that 4+ hour video didn't provide any context, at least not in the first five minutes and skipping to the end the thing didn't go anywhere...? Do you have a TL:DR on why you consider this to be a key launch?

As the timeline for Star Citizen and AI development is established in Lore as having been abandoned following several disasters including Mars, Artemis and the Lemming Car incident I don't think IRL advancements will effect the game...
