    FR-86 is a S3 shield. I take you meant FR-66. If adding mirage reduces the regen delay on FR-66, that would surely be a bug, right? So you'd have 342hp/s regen after 2 seconds, and the full 954 hp/s regen after 4 seconds. But anyhow, the problem isn't how much of a delay there is, the problem...
