I admit that I'm no professional & I wasn't able to finish college, but I did my best. I'd be more than happy if 1 or both of the winning Herc contest submissions ended up being awarded to TESTies.

Take that as you will, I personally view all of those that do their best to make quality moonshine, especially through traditional methods, to be patriotic historians of a nearly lost heritage. Cheers to them & those that help them keep the heritage alive!
