Honestly, that's probably a great ship to use for this. From an efficiency standpoint, it's better if a mining ship is mining, rather than the pilot having to fly down to the planet to sell the refined product (i.e. instead of mining)

T16000m can be for left or right handed use. It comes with the modification in the box. What I do is install the mod for the left hand, so that my right hand is free to use mouse and keyboard. It didn't take long at all to get used to.
