Not much of a fan of crested helmets, but I like its overall aspect, specially the assymetry on the shoulderpads. Tough I could use some rivets on it, you know, to comply with the codex astartes :P Heavy armour, lots of pouches... It marks all the boxes for a default combat medic suit.

Maybe $1.000 is a bit much, but... CIG has managed to transform what slowly became into a meme in the most stunning piece of sci-fi design I've ever seen. That ship is plain gorgeous, in and out. I'm sooooo regretting not getting one when they were cheap.

It's not obvious until you scroll down a bit and read the comments, but you're right, the creator not explicity stating is fan made it's pretty shitty, to say the least.
