No. What does get affected when buying back is any CCUs - those reflect the final value of the ship so the longer you leave them the more they are likely to be to buy back.

The whole quantum fuel thing needs a complete refactor I've been saying this for years it doesnt make an sense and it ruins "fuel delivery gameplay" as you can literally fly from one end of the system to another for the cost of a t-shirt in the IEE booth. Fuel should be fekin expensive.
