That's the Task Manager startup tab, the msconfig tab looks like this: If you run CCleaner it may fix a lot of the issues. I would recommend disabling some of the programs in the startup tab though which is why I wanted to see the msconfig so we could identify the ones you do not need.

Currently my mistake that I don't regret at all is the Division II. Loved the story and RPG elements of the first one even though it was a mediocre game. I just want to continue playing in the universe it has since I found it relatively realistic and fun to play.

My big issue with the game is a lackluster story, a feeling of no progression no matter how many side quests and main storylines are completed other than seeing a fully functioning outpost suddenly appear out of nowhere, rather than the slow building and expansion of areas in previous ME titles...
