Rice, I am still clueless as to the process you use. How do you get the basic geometry for each ship so perfect? I get there is much art and craft in figuring out how to fashion the form you find, but are you actually drawing the basic form or does it come from some file CIG provides?

Or at least if they would now limit the new ships in concept by the number of ships each quarter they release. I don't care if they put out six new ships per quarter, so long as they finish the same number. And really, three versions of the Mustang is NOT three ships. They just released 4...

Certainly has elements of the Gladius and Carrack, so could be anything Anvil or Aegis. Doesn't "concept sale" mean it will be something new? After something is in concept once, don't they call it something else when they make it available again?

I'd be thrilled with that, as well as the bay for the Polaris, but I doubt that will happen. At this point, if these smaller hangars would fit everything up to a Vanguard, I think they'd certainly be much more useful. I know the original design for the Carrack was for the snub fighter only...

Yes well, more time means more guilt and reason to pander to the Carrack owners by making that hangar bay a little bigger. Every little bit counts.

Yeah. Most egregious they leapt the Hammerhead forward of the Polaris. OTOH, I'm happy the 600i got bumped so far forward.

I should have noted, I plan on the 600i explorer, but if the Polaris is nearly as fast, I could go with alll torpedoey too. Last I looked (a year ago?) there is some ability to swap out components with alien tech, but that is intended to be a huge pain in the ass. IIRC, the way reactors cool...

Glad they fixed the Glaive. Isn't the idea that you are supposed to be able to ram other ships with those big blade appendages and cut them in half? Have you tried this yet? I think most of the Vanduul fighters are supposed to offer this as an option. Personally I find the entire pledge...

Yeah, though I think I may like 4 X1 Force over a rover. Dunno yet. If they do nerf boarding actions and thereby privateering, I may go bounty hunter and the 600i is pretty sweet for that. If you can install the same EWar suite as the Sentinel, and maybe tweek it a bit with some Void Armor...
