Do you mean that Cortana randomly popping up every six minutes? I found a way to turn her off (I have that effect on everyone), I felt a bit guilty at the time as she's programmed to help but after a day or two it was just nice not to have the hindrance.

From what I remember hearing W10 was supposed to go into some kind of constantly incremental updating OS so you'd be waiting a very very long time before W11 comes along if you are planning on riding it out for that...?

Great advice, I'll be checking some of this later :slight_smile: When I got my PC (kindly donated by a friend) the heat-sink CPU cooler was full of dust, but further to that the Thermal Paste between it and the CPU was dried out and had turned to dust. I got a new cooler with thermal paste...
